DOS RIOS SECURES INITIAL EXPORT ORDER
An enquiry from the city of Yamagata, Swan Hill’s sister city in Japan, through AusTrade in Mildura has seen Takeda Shoji Shoten Co. in Yamagata select Dos Rios to supply the major part of a consignment of wines from the Swan Hill region.
The wines have been shipped to arrive in Yamagata in time for a civic function scheduled for the 22nd December.
This is a significant milestone for the two year old boutique producer which is currently negotiating a further export order with a Spanish importer.
Wines from the range are available at leading restaurants and clubs in Swan Hill, Stefano’s in Mildura, Oscar W’s in Echuca and at many clubs and restaurants throughout the region from Wentworth to Deniliquin. Selected wines from the Dos Rios range are also available retail at Scotts Liquor and at the Swan Hill Visitor Information Centre.
The cellar door at 3151 Murray Valley Highway, Nyah is open most weekends Friday – Monday from 9:00 a.m., so if you are in the area please make sure you call in.
