Dukah

 

Ingredients.

 

500 g Almonds or hazelnuts

100g sesame seeds

50g coriander

50g fennel seeds

pepper and salt to taste

 

Method.

 

1/- Roast nuts and sesame seeds.

2/- Grind coriander very finely.

3/- Combine all ingredients in a blender and pulse until it resembles bread crumbs.

4/- Serve with fresh bread and virgin olive oil. (First dip bread into oil then into Dukah)
